These terms and conditions ("terms") apply to your use of the Sanchar Yatra website and to every booking you make through it. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
- Keep your password and one-time passwords (OTPs) private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Please give accurate contact details so we can send confirmations and updates about your trip.
2. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and you see a confirmed status in My trips.
- Unpaid bookings are held for a limited time and may be cancelled if payment is not completed.
- Prices are shown per person, room or vehicle as stated on each trip. Seasonal pricing may apply on some dates, and the final price is shown before you pay.
- Travel services are provided by our partners (hotels, operators and transport providers). Their own rules, such as check-in times and ID requirements, also apply.
3. Payments, coupons and wallet
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Any charges added by your bank are your responsibility.
- Coupons are subject to their own validity dates, minimum amounts and usage limits, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Your Sanchar Yatra wallet balance can be used for bookings on this website. It is not transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash, except where required by law.
4. Changes and cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our cancellation & refund policy.
5. Travel documents and conduct
You are responsible for carrying valid identification, visas, permits and any health documents needed for your trip. Service providers may refuse service in case of missing documents or unsafe behaviour, and no refund will be due in such cases.
6. Liability
We act as a booking intermediary between you and the service providers. We are not liable for delays, changes or losses caused by the providers, weather, strikes, government action or other events outside our control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
7. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with its security or operation. All content on this website belongs to Sanchar Yatra or its licensors.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Sanchar Yatra is registered.
